College Tours, Fairs, and Scholarships

Confluence Preparatory Academy provides students with meaningful opportunities to visit universities and colleges, while also hosting college and career fairs on campus to broaden their exposure to postsecondary pathways. These experiences give students a firsthand look at higher education and allow them to envision themselves in a college environment. In addition, CPA supports students in exploring scholarship opportunities and connecting with programs and internships that align with their academic and career goals, ensuring they are well-prepared for life after graduation.

Balanced Man Scholarship: incoming students should submit an online application. Applicants have no obligation to affiliate with or join SigEp to be eligible.

The Army ROTC Scholarship: pays full tuition and fees, monthly stipends, and offers several other incentives. Contact Recruiting Operations Officer, Mr. Lee Rodriguez at: [email protected]

OPPU Scholarships for seniors - provides $2,500 for education costs.

Isaac Bruce Foundation Scholarships:

The Flight 300 program will cover the cost of one-way airfare for a student with all the pieces in place to attend college but unable to afford to get there.
$5,000 scholarship

Ron Brown Scholar Program

Signature scholarship provides four-year $40,000 scholarships to economically challenged high school seniors
Guided Pathway Support Program helps African American students navigate college admissions.

PB&J Scholarship Fund: students who have experienced personal challenges but are driven to succeed can apply for up to $1,000.

Horatio Alger Association: for students based on financial assistance, awards between $10,000-$25,000.

Student-View Scholarship Program: $500-$5,000 awards.

Missouri Association of School Personnel Administrators Scholarship: scholarship is available to graduating seniors who are pursuing a bachelor's degree in education.

Missouri Patriot Guard Riders Scholarship: scholarships for students who are children of those who have given their lives in the line of duty, honorably discharged veterans who have passed after their service, or those disabled in the line of duty.

Free Speech Essay Contest: FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) is offering nine (9) scholarships to winners of their essay contest.

Kappa Sigma Fraternity Scholarships: The Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the University of Missouri Science & Technology is offering three scholarships to students enter the school.

BJC Scholarship: Over the past three years, 42 students have been awarded $10,000 renewable scholarships through the BJC Scholars Fund.

St. Louis Area Mensa's Healthy Minds Scholarship: Applicants for this scholarship must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and be planning to major in a metal health related field.

Greater St. Louis Mothers of Twins Club Scholarship: This scholarship is available for multiple-birth students and requires an essay, letters of recommendation, and other personal documents (birth certificate to prove student is a multiple birth child).

National Defense Transportation Association Scholastic Award: The NDTA Scott/St. Louis Chapter scholarship program will award scholarships to winning applicants who are enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program.
