CPA Student Receives Community Award

Yesterday, a Confluence Preparatory Academy student, Thomas Mack, received the Do the Right Thing Award. Thomas was nominated for reporting an incident in the gym which required the attention of security teams. His quick thinking and proper reporting possibly saved other students from harm.

Thomas is part of the Saint Louis Symphony Youth Choir, varsity football, and Gateway2Change. Thomas and his twin sister, Justice, are both students at CPA. They are both entertainers who work for Chips Community Health and Wellness Program and were recently featured in a commercial with the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Do the Right Thing Award was started to develop and promote positive choices by the youth of our community. Driven by the collective efforts of police departments in the Bi-State Region, Do the Right Thing of Greater St. Louis strives to open lines of communication between law enforcement and youth by recognizing kids’ positive behaviors and actions.

Congratulation Thomas and thank you for your contribution to our school and our community!
